• Will you deliver to so and so place?

While we are officially delivering to all locations across India, delivery to areas such as containment zones might not be possible. Please leave your Pincode with our team and we will check with our courier company and confirm as soon as possible.  

 

• Is this the final price or you can provide a discount coupon?

The prices quoted on the website are final, but are subject to offers and discounts, as applicable. However, please allow us to check and get back to you with the best price.

 

• Will the colour is seen in the photo be the same that I get?

You can expect slight variations in the colours due to lighting variations in photography as well as dye-lot variations in the fabric.  Should you require, we can send you the photos of the actual fabric and a fabric swatch to help you make an informed decision. 

 

• Can you please advise how many panels or size curtains are required?

We will ensure that whatever size your window is, we send you a pair of curtains (2 numbers) to fit the window. Our production team will internally work out the number of panels required and stitch them accordingly to give you the perfect pair of curtains. In case you require a different configuration, or are looking to have more than two curtains on one window, please get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you. 

 

• What is the quality of fabric?

Our fabrics are woven in high-speed state-of-the-art looms and undergo strict quality inspection before they are dispatched. We have a variety of qualities ranging from cotton, linen, polyester, and more. Our fabric dyes are all imported, adhering to strict European compliances with regard to fading and colour bleeding.   

 

• Is it Durable?

All the fabrics showcased in our catalogues are durable and suitable for all styles of curtains.

 

• Is it machine-washable?

Please refer to the washing instructions label to maintain and care for the colour, quality, and design of the fabric. In case of further queries, feel free to reach out to our team of experts. 

 

• Will the color fade?

No. All Shanplus products are crafted with only the best-quality materials, including colours, to ensure long life. While the colours seen on the website are subject to slight variations, rest assured that the actual colours will not fade, provided proper care is taken.

 

• Will the curtain shrink?

No, your curtains will not shrink. All curtains and fabrics are pre-shrunk to ensure that they do not shrink once they have reached you.  

 

• What is the lining? What is the use of it?

Linings in curtains serve to block out some amount of light coming in from outside, and also to protect your curtains and your room against outside dust.

 

• What is a Blackout lining? What is the use?

Blackout liners in curtains help to darken the room. They essentially help to block out almost all of the sunlight from coming in and act as a strong protector from the dust entering your room. Blackout lining also helps reduce noise pollution in the room.

 

• How is lining or blackout attached? Is it detachable?

Blackouts and Liners come attached with the curtains and are not detachable. 

 

• Will you provide tiebacks?

We will be introducing tie-backs soon. However, at the moment, we do not provide them.

 

• What is American pleat?

American pleated curtains come with pinch pleats and hooks at the back. Pinch pleats are the most versatile of all patterns and are suitable for all fabrics. They lend a tailored classy feel to your curtains.  Please note that we are not offering American pleated curtains at the moment.

 

• What is an Eyelet curtain?

Eyelet curtains are your regular ringed curtains, hanging from a pole. These curtains are easy to install and remove, and move smoothly along the curtain rod. They are both timeless and modern at the same time, depending on how you use them in your space.

 

• Will you provide additional hooks for American pleat curtains?

We do not offer American pleated curtains at the moment. 

 

• What is the material used for rings Or hooks?

The material for the eyelets used for our curtains is non-rust stainless steel.  We also use premium curtain tape at the back of the curtain to maintain the shape of the pleats.

 

• Will you come down to our place with samples & take measurements?

Yes, absolutely. Please share your location with us so that our team can come down to take accurate measurements, and ensure that the curtains designed and delivered to you are the right fit. 

 

• Will you help us to select a fabric based on our interiors?

The right curtains can beautifully highlight the vibes and mood of your room, while the slightest misjudgment can compromise the elegance of your décor. Our team of designers will help you select the best kind of fabric and design for your interiors, to ensure that your curtains not only match but complement the rest of your décor.

 

• How many days will it take to deliver?

While we try to deliver your shipment of happiness in the shortest possible time, the current delivery time will depend on the current situation in the country. Slight delays can be expected. 

 

• Where is my courier, you said that it will be shipped on so and so date?

We are sorry to hear that your courier has not reached you on the scheduled date of delivery. While we always try to keep you updated with the tracking details, the current situation due to Covid-19 might result in a slight delay. However, please let us know your Invoice Number and we will check the status and get back to you.

 

• Can you do a mix match curtain from your collection?

Yes, we can definitely assist you with that. Please share the qualities with us so that we can guide you.

 

• Can you please fix some pom poms/Lace to my curtain?

We do not currently offer any custom embellishments for curtains at the moment.  

 

• Do the brackets come out in the long run?

No, they do not come out in the long run. They are built to be durable enough to support the weight of the curtains for a long time.
